A Prayer For My Daughter

 

She just began driving with me in the car last year, has been driving on her own for a few months now, recently got her own car, and now has started her first job. (Wendy's DiningRoom Closing shift) She went to her hiring session today and her orientation is tomorrow. She has already spoken fondly of her manager.

Every time she leaves i say this prayer for her:

Dear Lord, please bless my daughter,

keep her safe on the road, 

ride in the passenger seat with her and help her to make good decisions.

please deliver her to (destination and name of friends riding with her) and back home safely without having an accident.

In Jesus' Name, 

Amen

It helps. And He has ridden with her and answered this prayer every single time.
