I decided to change up my user interface a bit and for that i am archiving a lot of my older and in some cases less creative photos. I need to go to the library today because I am also trying an audiobook for the first time. The sequel to a book i checked out recently is either on kindle for $13 or audiobook only at the library. I think one time in my life i tried an audiobook and couldn't get into someone else telling me a story. That was years ago. I intend to try again. I have been going to the library a lot lately and reading old fiction such as VC Andrews. I may be an IT Tech, but i could live without electronics for the rest of my life and be ok.
One of the main reasons I'm so fond of my camera is that it is a DSLR, not my phone. My phone is rarely used except for texting mostly. I could revert to the 50's and be absolutely content.
At any rate I'm going off topic. The main reason for this post is that I will be sharing a lot of the photos i remove from my site to this blog. I use github and though it's free there is a bandwidth limit and i have managed to exceed it in less than 3 months. Also, I think fewer shots of the very best i have to display there will be easier to navigate with less clutter and repeated images. (ie: i got so excited about my pileated woodpecker shots that i thought it necessary to upload six of them to my site.
I'm considering a total change in the way the site looks and i will be posting updates here as well as adding some of the photos i remove. I intend to reduce the number of photos in each category to 20. I may even remove some of the categories. Depends on how i decide to re-do the site. Today promises rain so after I go to the library i will return to work on it and likely review how i feel about the audiobook i'm getting, Out of The Rain, book 2 of the Umbrella Lady series.

And now that it started pouring rain i must wait, as i prefer my scooter to a car. I would have to get a ride from one of my kids anyway, i don't even have a car. Don't want one. Driving is another of those things on my list i prefer not to do. Right up there with shoving hot bamboo shoots under my fingernails and slurping rancid tuna salad out of my own ass.
