I decided that it isn't worth it to be so lazy as to pay $20.00 a month for pre-made watermarks. It may be faster to do, but i learned how to create my own using GIMP. I went for more of a signature look. I know it could be more visible in some of them but i'm ok with the results. I finally chose a font and some presets i liked, then was able to locate a plugin that i added to my scripts which enables me to add the watermark quickly. I'll probably change it a dozen times.
These photos were taken last weekend at Fred Howard Park. It took me this long to upload them to Deviant Art (these plus several more. Reading my blog enables you to download the ones i share here for free. A thank you for following.)
I nearly lost these and a bunch of other photos as i had gotten behind on saving them to my ext hdd. I literally freaked out. Someone who works with computers as extensively as i do knows better. I use Debian and was still running 11, totally oblivious to the fact that it was an entire o/s behind. No excuse. I downloaded an update to my theme and lost the ability to boot into the o/s. I managed to save my data with a lot of prayer and terminal commands. I now have Debian 12 running smoothly and everything is now on my ext hdd as it should be.
Again, you will find these and more new ones one my Deviant Art page that includes a small fee for downloading. If you are here however, the ones i have shared in this blog are free for you to use. Please do not remove the watermark. I worked very hard creating and applying it, not to mention this is my art. Cropping or removing the watermark will also decrease the resolution and give you less than perfect results. TIA :)
