Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 jar marinara sauce
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- lasagne noodles
- 32 oz Ricotta cheese
- 3/4 lb shredded mozzarella cheeses
- 3/4 lb shredded Parmesan cheese
- fresh (or dried) parsley or basil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 365 degrees F
- Cook beef in skillet and drain
- Remove from heat, stir in veg broth and marinara
- Spead enough meat sauce to cover bottom of glass pan
- Cover with lasagne noodles
- Spread Ricotta evenly over pasta
- Spread half Parmesan half mozzarella over the Ricotta
- Spread another even layer of meat sauce over cheese layer
- Add more lasagne noodles to cover
- Spread Ricotta evenly over pasta
- Top evenly with half Parmesan half mozzarella
- sprinkle in some basil or oregano or a mix of both
- Cover tightly with foil and bake one hour ten minutes
- Uncover and bake ten more minutes
- Let rest five minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh parsley
